Starbucks has been sued for not putting enough milk in the latte.

As a latte lover, I found this outrageous although I rarely go to Starbucks.

I understand that Starbucks has a responsibility to the shareholders and has to make a profit but underfilling of 25%?! That is excessive even considering the increase in milk price. Keep skimming  milk and the latte will become a cappuccino.

May be this is what the Italians feared about Starbucks entering Italy haha.

So what can Starbucks do?

Well, put the milk in and try to cut costs somewhere else. Starbucks has already a successful idea website, time to see what other things can help the company’s bottom line.
