Since yesterday I wanted to write a post about being thankful so without further delay, I will start.

I am thankful that I am alive. People complain that life is stressful and sad. Sometimes it can be depressing but overall life is good. God has given us this life and He is with us always. In Psalms 27:10 proclaims “Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.” Yes, our good good Father will always be with us and take care of us.

As I started thinking about this post, I walked back to my house. Then there were so many things to be thankful for. I can walk! My legs take me to places! Halleluiah! So joyful. Then I realized that I can use my hands to press the cross button to change the street light. Awesome. I played with my phone and I was thankful that my fingers moved well. Thank You Father!

Then I realized that I had a phone and felt so blessed. And it is so powerful. I can check my email, browse the web, listen to podcasts plus make phone calls! Wonderful!

I reached home and I was thankful that my apartment had an elevator! Fantastic. I have strong legs but I guess if I did not have an elevator then I would be hmmm? I guess stronger.

I came home and it felt so nice. Then it struck me, I am uber blessed. For Jesus, our savior, did not have a home but I do.

Luke 9:58: Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

Wow! Tremendously blessed. Thank You Jesus for all that You have given me. Let me pray more and praise You! Thank You Lord for everything.
