I love onions~ Nutritious and delicious if cooked right.

Plus, onion rings are just delicious!

I watched a video on how packaged diced onions are made.

It is quite cool that we have such machinery that can process the onions yet…

I am thinking hmm…may be we should just cut our own onions more?

It is probably fresher and we would generate less plastic package garbage!

I understand that how it can save money and time in large restaurants or be useful for

certain groups who want to cook but are low on energy (senior citizens) but buying

packaged diced onions does not seem to be the best choice for us and the environment.

Still I think the machine is cool. Also, I respect the workers working there. Imagine the smell and the burn ohh..
