I never believed in detoxing juice and now we have a nice article pointing out why it is not so helpful. Juice is helpful up to the point that it can help the liver and kidney to process the toxins but so does good sleep and eating well. Juices cannot actually process or kick out the toxins.
So sorry fancy juices, you are tasty but your exorbitant prices are not justified.
Eating, exercising, and sleeping well is the best detox 😀
