Ooohh my back hurts. Deep squats…not done properly. Oh well, lesson learned. Also, when your body is tired, rest. I realized that not doing squats for some time has weakened everything. Need to be consistent and push through. No more excuses. But for now, I will have to rest because I hurt myself. Thanks God that I didn’t really hurt myself. My back is just weary.  Finally, thank you all squat videos on YouTube 😀
