Today one of my credit cards asked me to fill out a  survey. Always willing to provide my thoughts and an additional data point, I gladly answered the survey. The last question asked how can they make the credit card payment better? Well?! If you are really asking, then you should provide how much interest you would pay if you missed a payment and how long it will take you to pay off if you are behind payment. This will surely make the consumer think twice before overspending and ensure timely payment.
