  1. Having sunlight really helps my productivity. Not sure how office’s without sunlight work well. For those rooms without sunlight, we need install CoeLux, artificial sunlight.
  2. There is always parking around Adams street in USC. Yeah, it is an almost 15 minute walk but it is good to walk. Need to exercise more anyway.
  3. There are many types of interesting accounting restatements. We should really focus more on the details although it takes some time (actually a lot!).

In this Harvard podcast, we learn how to negotiate better through better information extraction. In order to gain more information, offer different types of offers and see how the counterpart reacts. The reaction is likely to reveal new information. Also, ask good questions to gain more information. Finally, always be cool and professional.
